Refund and Returns Policy
At MTS Yachts, we value your time and trust. We do our best to make every trip smooth and enjoyable. However, we understand that plans can change, so we have a fair refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellations by Customers
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your trip.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your trip, a cancellation fee will apply.
- No refund for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the trip) or for no-shows.
Cancellations by MTS Yachts
- If we cancel a trip due to bad weather, technical issues, or safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or you may reschedule your trip without extra cost.
Changes to Booking
- You may request to reschedule your trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Weather Policy
If your trip is cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank card, transfer, or wallet).
- Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
